If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, and need to exchange or return any item, our customer service department is eager to assist you. Simply fill in the required information below on the Order Status/Tracking page and click the "Search for Orders" button.
- Please provide either your Confirmation Number, Customer Number or Order Number.
- Provide either your Last Name, Phone Number or Zip/Postal Code.
- Press "Search for Orders" when finished.
Note : For your safety, we require two separate pieces of information in order to locate your order.
Your Order History will then be displayed. Select the Date of your order. A detailed list of your order will appear next. Located at the top right is a drop down menu box (see below) that says "List All Orders." Click on the small down arrow on the right and select "Request Order Information." Finally, Click on the "Go" button to the right.
The "Request Merchandise Authorization Request Form" will then already be filled out for you. Just follow the directions on the screen. Check your email within two business days, and you should have all the necessary information you need to complete your transaction.
