Everything You Buy from ToothArt.com is Guaranteed with a 30-Day Return Policy. When you receive your order, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from ToothArt.com, go to "Returns and Exchanges" in the Customer Service area and make the appropriate selection. ToothArt.com will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the product, ToothArt.com will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. IF this does not happen, full credit may not be issued.

NOTE: ToothArt.com advises that when shipping product back to ToothArt.com, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value. ToothArt.com is not responsible for shipment of returned items.

All refused and unclaimed C.O.D. shipments and unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to freight charges.

How To Return or Exchange Products

We at ToothArt.com pride ourselves in providing the best possible customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, and need to exchange or return any item, first see our "Return and Exchange Policy" - CLICK HERE -

Next, click on this "Request Your Return Authorization (RA) #". This will take you to the "Return Request Status" page. Just fill in the required information and click the "Search for Orders" button.

Your Order History will then be displayed. Select the Date of your order. A detailed list of your order will appear next. Located at the top right is a drop down menu box that says "List All Orders." Click on the small down arrow on the right and select "Request Return Merchandise." Finally, Click on the "Go" button to the right.

You should now be at the "Request Merchandise Authorization Request Form." Just follow the directions on the screen and check your e-mail. Within two business days, you should have all the necessary information you need to complete your transaction.

Damaged Shipments

Q: My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect it for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage; however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps if there appears to be shipping damage:

  1. Quickly contact your delivery company (UPS, Airborne, Etc.) for a damage Inspection report.
