Stock availability is rarely a problem at ToothArt.com. However, sometimes the demand for a product surprises even us! If we ever underestimate the demand and are forced to backorder merchandise, rest assured that every reasonable effort will be made to quickly fill your order. Should you order an item that is backordered you will be contacted immediately. All orders are subject to acceptance by ToothArt.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered.

1. When you order, you have the option of back ordering items currently not available. If you are placing an order via our online ordering system or by email, we will email you with any items that are currently out of stock and give you three options:

   a. Ship all items currently available and back order out of stock items only.

   We will ship only items which are in-stock at the time we receive your order. Any items which are currently out of stock will be back ordered.. Please note that we must charge separate shipping charges for back orders. You can review your order online by choosing 'Order Status' from our home page.

   b. Ship all items currently available and cancel all out of stock items

   We will ship only items which are in-stock at the time we receive your order. Any items which are currently out of stock will be cancelled off your order. You can review your order online by choosing 'Order Status' from our home page.

   c. Do not ship order until all items are available

   We will not ship any items until your entire order is complete and in stock. Any items which are currently out of stock will be back ordered. You can review your order online by choosing 'Order Status' from our home page.

2. If an item is still back ordered after 30 days from the order date, you will receive an email and/or a letter by regular mail notifying you of the status of the back order. You will have the option to cancel your back order at that time.
