We have made every effort to make it as easy as possible for you to order online. When shopping online, simply add an item from any product page to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Shopping Cart icon. This will take you to a screen that shows you what you have in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, follow the on-screen directions to check out.

What should I expect to happen once I place an order online?
Once you have completed the order process, you will receive a confirmation number on screen along with a confirmation e-mail.

After I place an order online, how long will it take to receive the order?
Most stock items ordered online are shipped within 48 hours and will arrive in approximately 4 business days.

What if I want to mail in my order?
You are more than welcome to mail us your order using check, money order, or credit card. Simply complete the order form found in our catalog and mail it using the pre-addressed envelope. If you don't have a catalog with an order form available, simply fill out the billing information page, and shipping page (if shipping to a different address). Then print our Order Checkout page and send to:

How do your shopping carts work?
Shopping carts on our site are designed to keep track of the things you would like to buy. When you see an item you are thinking about buying, click on the Add to Shopping Cart icon. This action will place items in your shopping cart for you to keep track of until you are ready to checkout. You can review your shopping cart before checking out to make changes to your order.

How do I remove something from my shopping cart?
You can remove an item from your shopping cart by changing the quantity to "0". Then press the "Recalculate" icon. Your new total will now be displayed.

I don't live in the United States. Can I order through your website and ship it directly here?
Yes, you can! All prices are in US dollars. Additional shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. Please contact toothart@smileshop.com for a shipping estimate. If you prefer not to e-mail, you can call 1-504-488-0080 or fax 1-504-488-2429. All customs charges and duty charges are the recipient's responsibility.

What is your return policy and can I return something I bought online?
Yes. ToothArt.com stands behind its 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not delighted with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation, and instructions. Personalized items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We can only issue a refund or credit to the original purchaser. So we may process your return more quickly, please notify us prior to returning any merchandise.

What are your office hours?
Our phones are staffed Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. After hours, telephone orders may be placed using our friendly Automated Attendant, or you may fax your order to 1-504-488-2429. Remember you can order from our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
